“Get your ass off the seat. Get your feet on the street.” For all who’ve just been dumped or hurt & all of us have. This quote is not to compare relationships with respects to the emotions we’re feeling in our lives at this present moment nor the trivialized struggles we are all faced with in every day’s life. But the statement does apply to our invidual circumtances when need arises.
Part of grieving is recognizing that it’s normal. Pain sometimes hurts like hell. It’s supposed to. We’re dealing with overwhelming loss. A feeling of being drained & depressed which are all necessary human reactions (i.e. before the fall of Mankind).
Love cannot exist without pain. Don’t Deny Your Pain.
OWN IT! So that it does not Own You. Again, Own your grief so that it doesn’t own you.
Carry it around in any vessel you so wish but make sure to go & keep living life again.
Grieving isn’t about denial. Grieving does not mean leaving, instead, it means Accepting in order to Move On.
In the end, the aftermath of grieving can only be as good as you want it to be. The choices we’ll make from there, will determine how fruitful our lives will go on to be. Trust in the IAM at all times. Hope we may all find some peace in this complicated world. I Pray!!!
